Here are the "Stories of the street".
Each day some new item will be added to the blog - a short story, a thread of a story, a series of images in prose, a snapshot of a life, some conversations or other materials will appear. Each will add to the full life experienced on one small high street somewhere in Britain.
If you take just a few minutes each day you will gradually build up a complete mosaic of life on that street from people who pass along it to people who work on it and to people who live there.
So, every day something new, building up to a full set of "Stories of the Street".

I offer you a daily story, part of a story, incident, sketch or set of aspects of life based around those who live in, pass through and work within a local high street in the UK. These local stories are of real people, places and life, sometimes they will be funny, beautiful, frightening and/or shocking, but they will always honest. Check out the earlier posts and you will find threads, earlier parts to recent stories, more about certain characters and just plenty of other things to read!
